Open Company Class – Starting September 30th

We are excited to open our Monday Company Classes to the community! These classes serve as a warm-up and preparation for our company dancers before their rehearsal. We recommend that guests joining us be at an intermediate to advanced movement level. While we can offer modifications for more challenging movements, please note that this is not a beginner’s class.

The classes are primarily Contemporary Modern, and you can expect full-body warm-ups, core workouts, brain teasers, across-the-floor phrases, partnering, floorwork, a center phrase, and lots of sweating!

Class Essentials:
Socks, sleeves, kneepads, and plenty of water.

To make dance more accessible and continue our mission of community connection, we are offering these classes on a “Pay-What-You-Can” scale: $5, $10, or $15.
